Effect of Chinese Complex Prescriptions to LPO, SOD and Erythrocyte Immunity of Experimental Senile Hyperliopoprotememia

Li Wengxiong, Qu Lifang, Feng Xuemei, et al Chinese Academy of Sciences,Shanghai Institue of Materia Medica (Shanghai,210075,China)
Senile hyperlipoprotememia caves moddle was made by feeding ketogenic fodder to observe the effect of Chinese complex prescriptions of invigorating the kidney, eliminating sputum and removing blood stasis to LPO, SOD and erythrocyte immunity of experimental animals and the result was compared with inositol nicotinate. The result showed that the activity of SOD, RBC-C 3bR of experimental senile hyperliopoprotememia decreased and LPO, RBC-IC increased. There were statistical differences between the moddle and normal senile animals(P0.05). It is suggested that Chinese Complex Prescriptions could decrease the activity of SOD, RBC-C 3bR of experimental senile hyperliopoprotememia and increase LPO, RBC-IC and the immunitical function of the complex prescriptions and it was supior to inositol nicotinate.
