Clinical Research of Diabetic Renopathy Treated with Tang-an-kang

SUMMARY:Reported 96 cases of diabetic renopathy at early stage in the course treated by western mdeicines combined with Tang-an-kang , which consists of Coastal Glehina, Astragalus Root, Wolfberry Fruit, dec. The results showed that Tang-an-kang could respond symptomatically, lower blood-sugar, diminish urinary protein, regulate endogenous creatinine clearance rate and lipid metabolism etc. It was suggested that Tang-an-kang had a good action on improvement lipid metabolism, diminishing urinary protein and renal function protection.
