Exploration on experiencing model for foreign language teaching and learning

QIAN Xiu-jin,et al.(Fuzhou Institute of Foreign Languages and Foreign Trade,Fuzhou 350018,China)  
Based on embodied philosophy proposed by Lakoff Johnson and embodied view of language grounded in cognitive linguistics,this paper probes into the characteristics of experiencing model for foreign language teaching and learning,and elaborates on pedagogical principles of experiencing foreign language teaching and learning on the following four aspects:syllabus making,learner and teacher,teaching process and teaching assessment.
