Analysis on the Semantic Fuzziness and Pragmatic Fuzziness in Legal Language

As a branch of protocol language, legal language is characterized by accuracy of choice of words. In some cases, fuzzy expression plays an important role in legal language. This paper discusses the fuzzy phenomenon from the two aspects of semantics and pragmatics.
