An Optimization Design Method for Constrained Damping Plate

Firstly,the dynamic finite element model of constrained damping plate is established based on the vibration experiments on constrained damping plates.Secondly,numerical simulations on the constrained damping plate are conducted under different geometric and material parameters with Nastran software within the dynamic finite element model validated by the vibration experiments,and a series of corresponding resonance frequencies and structural loss factors are obtained.Thirdly,the parametric fitting expressions of the resonance frequency and structural loss factors with geometric and material parameters of constrained damping plates are established by using nonlinear numerical fitting analysis.Finally,an optimization design method of constrained damping plate is proposed in the light of the parametric expressions and is successfully applied to the optimization design of constrained damping structure.
