Study on Promoting Effect and Mechanism of Scientific Research on Teaching

This paper focuses on the relationship between scientific research and teaching,and discusses the promoting effect of scientific research on teaching.Scientific research can promote renewal of teaching contents,train the courage and ability of students,and inspire the interest of a student to study on their own initiative and to learn in the way of research.Scientific research is also helpful to train talents with individuation.Furthermore,this paper discusses the promoting mechanism of scientific research for teaching from the aspects of training the scientific research ability of a young teacher,harmonizing the time spent in scientific research and teaching,reforming the curriculum system,and provides the opportunity for undergraduate students to take part in scientific research.
