A Qualitative Analysis of an Epidemic Model with Bilinear Incidence Rat

An epidemic model with bilinear incidence rat is investigated in this paper.The threshold of endemic equilibriums is found.By means of constructing Liapunov function,the necessary and sufficient condition which guarantees the global asymptotic stability is obtained.
