A Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm Based on Particle Swarm Optimization

In order to overcome the defects of Fuzzy C-means Algorithm such as the local optima and sensitivity to initialization and noise data,a new PSO-based fuzzy algorithm(PSFC) is put forward in this paper.PSFC algorithm uses the capacity of global search in PSO algorithm,and solves the problems of FCM.The experiment shows that the algorithm is correct,efficient and fast,and increases the convergence speed.
