Simulation on the Start-up and Shift Process of Dual Clutch Transmission Vehicle Based on AMESim

The structure and working principle of DCT are analyzed.The dynamic model of a DCT transmission system and the whole vehicle are presented in this paper.The DCT vehicle model including engine,hydraulic system of the dual clutch,mechanical parts of gears and the tire-suspension-car system is established based on the simulation platform AMESim.The start-up and dynamic shift process of the DCT vehicle are studied by using the dynamic model and simulation model.The hydraulic pressure curves of dual clutch,the torque and speed curves of transmission system and the speed and acceleration of the car are obtained to provide references for further research of DCT.The simulation results indicate that the established models are basically in accord with the real car.
