Research on Method of Laser Wavelength Measurement Using Grating Under the Condition of Changing Angle of Incidence

The method that measuring laser wavelength using grating under the condition of changing angle of incidence was brought forward basing on grating diffraction equation in this paper. The expression that calculating laser wavelength using this method was introduced, and errors that affecting measurement precision of this method was analyzed depending on the above expression also, moreover, the feasibility of this method was testified by measurement experiment.
