Study on Wide Band Far Infrared Window Mater ial in 15-50μm

In this work, the plastic material was used as the wi nd ow material of high temperature superconductor infrared detector for 15-50 micro n waveband . SEM analysis showed that the fracture of plastic material belonge d to gliding fracture,so it was suit for window material.The sample which thic kness was 2mm was chosen to used as window material,and its transimissivity was above 50% in 15-50 micron waveband .The sample can be used under 115 centigrade according to the cracking intensation analysis.
