Effects of Co-doping on the Luminescence Property of Y_2O_3:Eu~(3+) Powder

The rare earths luminescent materials Y2O3:Eu3+ was synthesized with Urea as precipitator while adding surfactants tetrabutyl-bromize-ammonium,CTAB and metal ions K+,Mg2+,Ba2+.The structures and luminescence properties of Y2O3:Eu3+ were characterized by XRD,IR and excitation and emission spectra.The effect of different metal ions on rare earths luminescent materials Y2O3:Eu3+ were compared.The result indicated that the luminescent properities of Y2O3:Eu3+ changed by adding metal ions,and the luminescent properities changed a lot by adding metal ions K+,Mg2+,Ba2+at the same time.
