Application of Aspheric Surface in the Small Ratio Optical Zoom System Design

In order to improve the performance of the zoom system,enhance image quality,simplify the structure,conduce the machining、alignment,aspheric surface is introduced to small ratio zoom system design.The system is optimized in the 3 focal position of long、medium、short with optical design software ZEMAX.A system with focal length of 15.6196 ~23.4084mm,FOV of±10.29°~±7°is completed,which consists of 4 components in 6 pieces including a aspheric surface.The system has the features of simple and compact structure and the good image quality,etc.
