Study of Acoustic Emission Sensor with Optical Fiber Fabry-Perot Interference

Lu Qizhu Zheng Shengxuan Zhang Keqin (Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao 066004, CHN)  
A sensor based on optical fiber Fabry-perot interference principle is introduced. The amplitude resolution is as high as one angstrom (10~-10m) and the band width is extend to 1. 4 MHz. It can not only measure acoustic emission wave, but also has a high stability and reliability.
