The Design of Detecting Edge Sensor Adapting to Cloth of All Colors in the Print Streamline

According to the theory of reflection and receiving of infrared ray,the detecting edge sensor is designed which can detect the transmission direction of the cloth streamline in the print industry.It adopts the structure in which six infrared light-emitting diodes stagger in two lines oppositely and two infrared receiving sensors NJL61H400A lie in the middle of the two lines.Each emitting diode is punctual to emit the infrared light signal in turn from the right diode to the left one which has a modulated frequency of 40 kHz.The receiving sensor detects the infrared light signals that are reflected by the cloth in the printing streamline.If the edge of cloth has the departure in the bottom of the detecting edge sensor from the centre,the degree of departure are thereof identified.As the emitting diodes arrange in two lines,so the transverse space is shorten,the sensitivity of the detecting edge sensor is thereof increased.
