Researches on Fiber Grating Vibration Sensor Based on Matching Filtering Demodulation

Using double-cantilever beam structure,the authors fa bricate a FBG vibration sensor based on matching filtering demodulation.The qui escent operation point of the matched gratings can be accurately adjusted by the tunable cantilever beams.This sensor with the function of temperature compensa tion combines vibration sensing and dynamic wavelength demodulation.The operati on principle of the sensor is analyzed,the experiment is performed and the meas ure results are identical with those of piezoelectric acceleration sensor in com parison.
