Optimization Design Of 2-Dimensional Force Sensor

The new structure of a 2 dimensional force sensor and the special method of adhering strain gauges are introduced.With different structure and key size changed,the effect of the sensor performance was analyzed.In order to get the maximum strain,the structure was optimized by using the method of static analysis and model analysis.This sensor has high sensitivity(2 mN) in ±5 N full scale range.The experiment results revealed this sensor has high performance.
