The Circuit Design of Quartz Resonator and Research of Force-frequency Characteristic

According to a kind of structure of same-base multi-electrode quartz resonator and the common-mode rejection theory,a new circuit design scheme is presented.Three base frequency signals are firstly outputted when different places resonator is vibrated synchronously,and then are sent to mixer,after difference frequency signals are obtained,signals are sent to mixer again,sum frequency signals are obtained through high-pass filter.At last,multiple frequency signals are outputted.Design of each circuit is presented.On the base of analysis of force-frequency characteristic and energy trap theory of quartz resonator,force-frequency characteristic experiments of AT cut same-base three-electrode quartz resonator are performed by using the new circuit scheme,and force-frequency characteristic is recorded when force is added in different direction.The results indicate that force-frequency conversion coefficients are optimized,and linear correlation coefficients are rarely changed.When force is added along a certain direction,force-frequency conversion coefficient is 139.72 Hz/N after sum circuit's processing.
