Development and application of a radio-frequency capacitive sensor

MA Shi-yong (Dept. of Automation,Weifang Institute,Weifang 261041,China)  
The radio-frequency capacitive sensor is one of those novel sensors which have rapidly been developed recently.It is widely used in petroleum industry for measuring water content in oil.The sensor's measurement principle is elucidated.Its sensitive probe is specially designed in the light of the complicated measurement environment.Application examples of the advanced full remote control measuring instrument are given.
