Microdialysis glucose sensor based on co-immobilizing technique

WANG Zhong, YU Ping(National Biosensor Special Lab, Coll of Biomedical Engin and Instr Sci,Zhejiang University,Hangzhou 310027,China)
?A microdialysis glucose sensor system based on coimmobilizing technique has been developed, and factors crucial to the system's response characteristics are evaluated in ex vivo experiments, namely, the immobilizing technique and the flow rate. The optimized system has adopted a graduated ("sandwich") immobilizing method to coimmobilize glucose oxidase with peroxidase on the silicon wafer of Au interdigital electrode, and the flow rate is chosen to be at 20?μl/min.The system offers good linearity, fast response, and satisfactory sensitivity.
