Research on surface modification of microelectrode biochemical sensors

Using amperometric microelectrode glucose sensor as detection platform,four surface modification methods,i.e. oxidation,platinization,polymerization of pyrrole,and consecutive platinization and polymerization of pyrrole are theoretically analyzed and experimentally tested.To our knowledge,consecutive platinization and polymerization of pyrrole has not been reported as of today.The outcome demonstrates that consecutive platinization and polymerization of pyrrole is a very efficient surface modification method.
