Preparation and properties of Sn-Zn-Cu composite oxide gas-sensitive elements

Six gas-sensitive elements are prepared by sintering the mixture of SnO_2,ZnO and CuO in different molar ratios.Performance of six gas-sensitive elements is tested.The results show that the gas-sensitive element which molar ratio of SnO_2∶ZnO∶CuO is 1∶1∶1 has higher sensitivity,and selectivity and shorter response time and recovery time to C_4H_(10).It is of great value to application and development.
