High accuracy system of laser interferometer fringe division

Usually a couple of quadrature signals are used to discerning direction count and subdivision in laser interferometry system.There are quadrature phase shift error,unequal amplitude error and zero offsets error in the two quadraturt signals.The measuring accuracy is influenced by the three errors.Taking microchip computer C8051F as the core of a compensation mode,the three errors are compensated by Heydemann model.Nano degree of accuracy result displacement measurement is realized.
