Research on ultra-low frequency moving-coil servo accelerometer

SUN Zhi-yuan,YANG Xue-shan,YANG Qiao-yu(Institute of Engineering Mechanics,China Earthquake Administration,Harbin 150080,China)  
Moving-coil active servo accelerometer is made use of the principle of servo-magnify and velocity-feedback to increase damp of spring-mass system.It can realize ultra-great damp that passive magneto-electric velocity-pendulum accelerometer can not reach and measuring acceleration of ultra-low frequency.The 2005 model accelerometer in this way that the low frequency limit is 0.01 Hz is introduced.Not only the principle and the way of calibration,the technical performance,but also the result and the analysis of test are presented.The results of test indicate that the frequency error of the accelerometer is less than 0.1 % and the degree of linearity is 0.15 % in its frequency band.
