Research on dynamic range of CCD radiation temperature measurement

Since the dynamic range of industrial CCD image sensor is narrow,the measuring range can not reach the high-temperature measurement application requirements when CCD is used for radiation temperature measurement.Some papers indicate that using high attenuation rate neutral filter can expand the measuring range of CCD.By analysis of the CCD photoelectric conversion characteristics and the relation between radiator monochromatic radiation luminance and temperature,it is showed that although using neutral filter can expand CCD measuring range,the effect is limited,and still can't reach the high-temperature measurement application requirements.The experimental results prove the conclusion.
