Liquid level detecting method and equipment based on optoelectronic sensor

TIAN Xue-long,LIN Fang-qin(Biology Engineering Academe,Chongqing University,Chongqing 400030,China)  
Aimed at the problem induced by the air bubble of liquid surface,a liquid level detecting method and equipment based on dual optoelectronic sensors are presented.The basic principle of the method,the configuration of the equipment and the measurement process are given.Experiment results show that this liquid level detecting method has the featuer of convenient and high accuracy.The measurement is 0.2 mm while it is used on the foaming liquid surface.The method and equipment can particularly be applied in detecting liquid level which has a lot of air bubble in liquid surface
