Research and fabrication of enzyme-injected glucose biosensor

Glucose is the main carbon source of bacteria growth and product synthesis in fermentation process.In order to stabilize the product yield and quality,glucose concentration in the fermentation broth must be controlled. At present,it is difficult to realize glucose on-line measurement by enzyme-immobilized glucose biosensor.In order to solve this problem,enzyme-liquid glucose biosensor is proposed.Enzyme-injected glucose biosensor,which is used for fermentation process glucose on-line measurement,is developed.Experimental results show the linear range of the sensor is 0~ 100 mg / dL,a correlation coefficient R 2 is 0.999 0,the sensitivity is 2.59 nA /(mg / dL), the detection limit is 0.07 mg / dL and the coefficient of variation is 2.02 % at the glucose concentration of 50 mg / dL.The sensor basically meets the requirement for glucose on-line measurement in the fermentation process.
