Design of vehicle MIMU based on MEMS sensor

A set of vehicle micro inertial measurement unit(MIMU) is independently designed using MEMS sensors for vehicle attitude perception and design of three-axis MEMS accelerometer,three-axis MEMS gyro,and a cube are described in detail.The unit has advantages of low cost,high precision,small size and easy-to-calibration,which can apply to vehicle attitude real-time monitoring system.Calibration method of the unit is given,its error sources is analyzed and error models is set up,and calibration system is independently designed.The experiment shows that the unit can effectively eliminate signal interference and reach satisfied precision.It provides a reference for theoretical research and engineering application by using the unit for vehicle attitude monitoring.
