Research on identification and fault processing approach of smart sensor nodes

A high speed data acquisition system is composed of general-used main control platform and smart sensor network with bulk data. Aiming at status of diversification of the smart sensor nodes,difficult to manage,likely to affect security of overall system in the event of a failure problem,propose a method for identification recognition and fault processing,by construction management units binding with smart sensor nodes,and the units contact with each other by a group of independent management bus,without affecting real-time performance of intrinsic data transfer bus,the method can solve the problem of identification and trouble shooting of mass data intelligent sensor nodes. By a CAN bus-based designed example,prove the feasibility of the proposed method,and the method with simple structure has reliable performance,can greatly improve the extensibility and stability of the data acquisition system.
