Development of Trimethylalmine [N(CH_3)_3] Sensitive Element Based on Semiconductive Metal Oxides for Detection of Fish Freshness

A new type of sensitive element based on TiO2 for deteCtion of fish freshness is developed. It consists of a small amount of indium (In) and TiO2 basic material. It is characteristic of quick response time, low response consistency, a good selectivity and high sensitivity.
