Application Of Alternative Current Magnetic Leakage Flux Method For Surface Defect Recognition Of Steel Pipe

because of the magnetization of the steel pipe by alternative current signal, alternative current magnetic leakage flux method makes exciting magnetic intensity and permeates depth easy to adjust. The detailed analysis about the distribution about the leakage magnetic in the process of testing is provided. Based on that, the correctness of the analysis has been proved. The result shows that there is high rate of recognition about the little defect on the thin steel pipe by alternative current magnetic leakage flux method.
