Design of a carbon monoxide sensing system applied in mines based on single chip

It is very important to detect the concentration of carbon monoxide for safety production in coal mines.A kind of more advanced and practical design method of carbon monoxide detecting system is put forward in this paper.With STC12C5A08S2 MCU as the core,the system sets some functions in one,such as carbon monoxide detection,concentration display,communication,alarm and so on,and realize accurate measurement of carbon monoxide concentration in coal mines.The system can communicate with computers through RS485,and it makes remote observation become true.The practical tests show that the precision,error and sensitivity of the system can meet the requirements of safety production in coal mines.
