Comparative Study on Muscle Ingredient between Channa asistica and Ophiocephalus argus

The result showed that the content of protein、total amino acid、essential amino acid and tasty amino acid in Channa asistica is higher than that in Ophiocephalus argus The eating value of the former higher than that of the latter from nutritious angles
