YU Shu-chi,XU Li-min,ZHANG Yi,ZHU Ye-lian(School of Life Science,Huzhou Normal College,Huzhou 313000,China)
The effect of p-phenylenediamine(PPD) on expression of esterase isozyme activites in serum and 4 tissues were studied in loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus with body weight of 25.20~28.06 g by a method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis at water temperature of 23~25 ℃.The results were listed as the following. The expression of the esterase isozyme activites in the tissues and serum was varied as the hepatopancreas﹥spleen﹥serum﹥heart﹥gill. There was no significant difference in the esterase isozyme activites at different doses of p-phenylenediamine.After p-phenylenediamine treatment, the esterase expression in the tissues and serum was found to be increased gradually first and then weakened, the weakest after 72 h treatments, increased slightly after 96 h,showing obvious variation and irritability.
