Synergism of Tea Polyphenols and other Antioxidants

Tea polyphenols is an effective antioxidant and the partiuclar function partly results from the synergism of their own components.The synergism also appeared between tea polyphenols and other natural antioxidants,which improves the oxidative activity of tea polyphenols.The synergism and the mechanism are investigated in the present paper.
