AFLP molecular marker Technique and Its Application to Tea Genetic and Breeding Research

AFLP is a newly developed molecular marker technique, whicn marker combines the characters of RFLP and RAPD marker, It not only has the reliability of RFLP but also has the efficiency of RAPD, and it is widely applied in plant research, such as analyzing differential expression and identifying genes. The present paper intro duces its principle and technical protocol, presents its application to tea nsearch and its prospect.
