Research Progress of Extraction and Purification of Tea Polyphenols

SHU Luyan,TANG Yi (Department of Tea Science, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310029)  
The research achievement both domestic and abroad on techniques of separation and purification of tea polyphenols was summarized, the characteristics and advantages of different methods were compared and analyzed. The future development of this research fields was prospected.
