Research progress on tea quality evaluation by testing color,aroma and taste

Research progress on tea quality evaluation by modern instruments and pattern recognition technology were summarized in recent years based on testing color,aroma and taste. The prospect in intellectualized assessment of objective and accurate tea quality evaluation was discussed.
