Study on the Adsorption of Cu~(2+) By Aspergillus Ficuum

With biological adsorption method,the factors affecting the adsorption ability of Aspergillus ficuum on Cu 2+ ,such as the contacting time of mycelium pellet and Cu 2+ ,concentration of Cu 2+ ,initial pH,were studied.The results showed that the adsorption amounts reached.2.885mg/g and balanced after 4 hours.The detailed results is shown as follows.optimum pH 4.0-5.0,optimum concentration of Cu 2+ 20-100mg/L,amounts of adsorption 2.763 -4.713mg/g,adsorption rate 32.31%-9.54%.The adsorption is well accord with Langmuir isotherm under certain temperature and concentration.
