Study on a Treatment Process by Microgalvanolysis and H_2O_2 Oxidation Process for P-nitrochlorobenzene Wastewater

ZHAO De ming,SHI Hui xiang,WANG Da hui (Department of Environmental Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027,China)  
P-nitrochlorobenzene Wastewater has been pretreated by an iron scrap process, resulting in the conversion of P-nitrochlorobenzene to P-aminochlorobenzene, Fenton reagent oxidation process for the PCNB and P-aminochlorobenzene degradation was investigated by using Fe 2+ as catalyst and H 2O 2 as oxidant. Results showed that under the conditions of H 2O 2=0.1ml/L and pH=5,the degradation reaction completed within 60 minutes with over 100% of PCNB and P-aminochlorobenzene removal.
