Perspective of Water Quality Management in Century 21st

Rapid development of economy has been promoting human society progress.However,water environmental problems appeared in the meantime become increasingly complex and diverse.The traditional model of water resources management is hardly to control deteriornating water environmental quality.Modern water environmental management has to adopt sustainable principle and integrate society,economy and environmtent.Therefore, a new model of water environmental management has to be considered and developed.
