Study on Dye Waste Treatment by Immobilized Mixture of Decoloring-Enzyme and Superior Strain

The decoloring-enzyme characterization of isolated superior strain ND1 was studied and the enzyme mixed with anilinedegrading strain was immobilized to treat dye waste. The result showed that the decoloringenzyme degraded dye more efficiently under anaerobic condition with its optimum condition at 37 and pH7.0. The immobilizedenzyme had higher activity than crude enzyme with broad suitable range of temperature, pH and oxygen.The degradation rates of dye aniline by mixed immobilization were higher than 80% and 90%, respectively.
