Applying the Optimal Regression Method to Determine the Normal Heights of Local GPS Network

Wu Jiangfei La Zhiping (Zhengzhou Institute of Surveying and Mapping, Zhengzhou,450052)  
An improved multi-parameter regression method to determine the normal height is introduced. It can overcome the limitations of the geometrical methods which are used in practice. It has shown that the accuracy of the calculated mormal height using the new method is greatly improved.
