The Curve-Fitting Model for GPS Orbit Calculation

It is important to get the coordinates of the satellites continually in the GPS single point and relative positioning. The coordinates of the satellites are got according to the boradcast ephemeris received. It can also be got in th post processing according to the precise ephemeris. But a lot of memory and time is engrossed in order to get the coordinates of the satellites. This paper introduces the basic model of the curve fitting, discusses the polynomial arithmetic adapting to the computation of the coordinates. By processing of the observation data the precision of millimeter is achieved. In addition this paper discusses the problem of the sample point and the rank of polynomial of Curve fittng model.
