A Practice of Subsidence Observation by GPS and the Measures for Minimizing Error in Observations

WANG Ai-sheng (Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan 030024, China)  
In this paper the systematic error and random error in a actual GPS subsidence observation were calculated using variance analyses. The result showed that systematic error is much larger than ran- dom error. The author presented the measures for minimizing error in observations.
