A study of the precision of TCA2003 total station automatic target recognition system in actual three-dimensional survey

The function of the automatic target recognition(ATR) system and the features of airborne survey software by quadratic developing of total station TCA2003 are introduced.By application of ATR in deformation monitoring network of Langya hill pumped storage hydropower station,and based on its evaluating precision three-dimensional measurement precision is analyzed and ATR measurement and conventional manual observation are compared.Atlast,beneficial conclusions are given.
