Three pass D-InSAR for urban lansubsidence measurement

Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar(D-InSAR) is a main profile of satellite SAR application.D-InSAR images can monitor movements on earth surface at centimeter or even more minute levels.Therefore,many earth physical phenomena can be discovered and analyzed,such as earthquake,volcano,atmosphere meteorology,ice sheet movement,subsidence,landslide,and so on.This study selected a typical surface subsidence in Shanghai as a field study,using three images of European Space Agency ERS1/2,C-band data,and successfully obtained surface subsidence of Shanghai area separated 20 months by threepass D-InSAR.
