The deformation monitoring and data analysis for the main building of CCTV new station

The main building of CCTV new station is steel structures with special modeling.Two towers lean 6°off in both directions.Two towers are joined at the top by cantilever.During the construction of the structure,the deformation of towers caused by weight of building and tempeture have important impactions on quality of installation and final status of the main building after construction.To special modeling,the paper analyzed the reasions of deformation,introduced deformation monitoring jobs by georobot,studied on the relation bewteen deformation and construction process,and daily deformation from sunlight action,which helps on installation of cantilever.
