The effects of earth's gravity field models to LEO orbit integration

ZHOU Jian1,LV Zhi-wei2(1.China Satellite Maritime Tracking and Control Department,Jiangyin 214431,China;2.Institute of Surveying and Mapping,Information Engineering University,Zhengzhou 450052,China)
Firstly, the paper introduces three different gravity field models for LEO satellites and the dynamical models in reduced-dynamic or dynamic orbit determination, then it is possible to compare the orbit integration results to JPL rapid precise orbit. All the results indicate that the EIGEN-2 model coefficients which was produced by CHAMP SST data has higher precision and that model can meet the needs of precise orbit determination of LEO satellites.
