A DEM-based Approach of Technological Project for Aerial Photography

Aerial photography is one of primary technology measures of rapidly obtaining and updating geographical information, and its technological project directly influences the ultimate production quality. In this paper, the major problems of technological project for aerial photography are analyzed, and an idea of computer aided technological project of aerial photography based on digital elevation model is put forward. Based on geomatics, especially digital elevation model, computer aided technological project for aerial photography is implemented by this approach through GIS visualization and data integration, which aims for normalizing technological project for aerial photography, improving the capability and efficiency of technological project for aerial photography, and guaranteeing production quality of aerial photography.
